We are seeking a Management Consultant with 2 – 4 years of experience in federal consulting. This position will collaborate with the customer to define, coordinate and track the status of multidisciplinary tasks and provide advice on business process planning and implementation. This position will also conduct research and prepare management, organizational and business analysis reports and recommendations.


Your role will initially include, but will not be limited to the following:

  • Tracking, processing, producing and distributing deliverables and monitoring comment status from customers.
  • Collecting and reporting performance data.
  • Participating in project management reviews and business meetings.
  • Preparing and coordinating inputs for documentation, status reports, briefings and information inquiries.
  • Consolidating and adjudicating comments from various customer organization units and preparing reports for client and COE leadership.
  • Assisting in the preparation of project management artifacts, presentations, analytical reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Executing other project and task activities as directed.
  • Participating in meetings and workshops with clients and those internal to COE.
  • Assisting with proposal development, comparison research and corresponding deliverables.
  • Providing a high level of quality service, professionalism and commitment to clients.

Experience and Skills


Required Elements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience developing and maintaining accurate and complete MS Excel or MS Project (preferred, not required) project plans.
  • Ability to create moderate-to-complex dashboards and reports re: project status and to support leadership decision making.
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritize commitments and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, time sensitive, quality-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem solving and innovative capabilities and the ability to visualize and communicate solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to take little direction and achieve quality results independently.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and follow-through.
  • History of ethical performance.
  • US citizenship and ability to obtain a US Security clearance required.
