We are seeking Project Managers to help lead teams working with our
federal sector clients across a range of human capital, organizational
effectiveness, data innovation, and information technology
initiatives. The successful candidate must have: a strong background
in project and program management; experience standardizing processes,
data and integrated systems; a track record of taking ownership of
challenges and delivering successful outcomes. If you enjoy leading a
team and still being able to roll up your sleeves and work directly

This is primarily a telework assignment, with occasional travel to
our HQ in Rockville, MD and to local client sites within the
Washington DC/Metro area.
- Mentoring, engaging, motivating, and leading an integrated project team
- Providing support for strategic portfolio management
- Ensuring that the project team maintains an “enterprise
perspective” on HR IT initiatives and governance processes
- Supporting the client through early problem detection, idea
generation, developing creative solution, and advising on "best practices”.
- Effectively managing the project to achieve on-time, quality
deliverables the adhere to project budget constraints
- Implementing strategic initiatives, making recommendations on
organizational improvement strategies, and measuring and evaluating
performance and results.
