About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Strategists at the mid to senior levels to help transform client organizations to be more efficient and effective. We are looking for experts who are passionate about serving clients and making a real difference in government performance. W2 and 1099 candidates welcomed to apply! This position will be hybrid in the D.C metropolitan area.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Assessing organizational capacity across many elements and design and develop effective organizations. 
  • Communicating the rationale for changes in policies/programs to senior-level managers, leaders, and stakeholders.
  • Creating reporting metrics, dashboards, and analytics to monitor, analyze progress, and deliver data reports.
  • Facilitating working group meetings, conducting interviews, developing and presenting scenarios, and eliciting business needs from conversations with stakeholders.

Experience and Skills

  • 5-8 years (mid-level) or 10+ years (senior level) of experience in process reengineering, structure, technology assessment, change management, talent assessment, workforce planning and other relevant areas supporting a government client.
  •  Experience eliciting, gathering, analyzing, and presenting information for planning purposes.
  • Experience with document version control, gathering and incorporating comments and quality control.
  • Must be able to obtain and a Public Trust clearance.
