COE is seeking Data Engineers to help a major federal healthcare agency develop new data capacities.


 Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following: 

  • Responsible for data and system architecture and modeling, designing, and developing systems and API’s, developing data requirements, and structuring and cleansing data.
  • Develop test and validation protocols, address security, ethics, and more, all in a cloud-based environment.
  • Support the design and use of data systems based on stakeholder and end-user requirements, develop data use agreements, and align technology tools based on customer need.
  • Design and develop databases and lakes.
  • Conduct alternatives analysis on various technologies.

Experience and Skills

Required Experience

  • Senior level (10+ years) and mid-level (5-8 years) of experience with related educational degrees and certifications.
  • Federal healthcare experience desired.
  • Must be skilled in the latest technologies and analytical tools and methods.
  • Strong desire to serve clients to enable their mission-centric achievement.
  • Cares deeply about doing what is right and willing to align with an advisory firm who is value based and follows high standards of performance and collaboration.
  • Possesses effective communication and persuasion skills for high level stakeholders and those that must approve but may not be technology enabled.
  • US Citizenship and Public Trust Clearance will be required.
