About the Role

COE is seeking customer-focused Business Analysts (BAs) to provide expert consulting with our federal healthcare client developing and implementing a major technology/data system.

The ideal candidate is very passionate about helping clients be user-centric, use data to make decisions, and ensure their organization is effective, and efficient. This is a high-demand, highly visible program. This position will be in a hybrid work environment within the D.C metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Will develop business and data requirements and structures, engage end-users and stakeholders with human centered design, and develop business processes, governance, and support portfolio management activities necessary for optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
Will support the implementation of the data system and the reengineering of processes.

Experience and Skills

Basic Qualifications

BAs with 5+ Years and 1-3 years of experience with technology systems with related educational degrees and certifications.
Knowledgeable about technologies/data systems.
Federal healthcare data experience desired.
Strong desire to serve clients to enable their mission-centric achievement.
Cares deeply about doing what is right and willing to align with an advisory firm who is value based and follows high standards of performance and collaboration.
Strong communication, analysis, problem solving, customer service, and consulting skills.
US Citizenship is required.
Public Trust Clearance may be required.
