  About the Role

COE is seeking customer-focused Business Analysts (BAs) to provide expert consulting with our federal healthcare client developing and implementing a major technology/data system.

The ideal candidate is very passionate about helping clients be user-centric, use data to make decisions, and ensure their organization is effective, and efficient. This is a high-demand, highly visible program. This position will be in a hybrid work environment within the D.C metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Will develop business and data requirements and structures, engage end-users and stakeholders with human centered design, and develop business processes, governance, and support portfolio management activities necessary for optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Will support the implementation of the data system and the reengineering of processes. 

Experience and Skills

Basic Qualifications

  • BAs with 5+ Years and 1-3 years of experience with technology systems with related educational degrees and certifications.
  • Knowledgeable about technologies/data systems.
  • Federal healthcare data experience desired.
  • Strong desire to serve clients to enable their mission-centric achievement.
  • Cares deeply about doing what is right and willing to align with an advisory firm who is value based and follows high standards of performance and collaboration.
  • Strong communication, analysis, problem solving, customer service, and consulting skills.
  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Public Trust Clearance may be required.
