COE is seeking a detailed oriented Administrative Coordinator to
support a project for the design and development of technology and
data systems.
The ideal candidate will support our project manager and client
executives in executing project tasks, coordinating activities,
events, and ensuring artifacts and processes are implemented
effectively. Must be able to work independently with guidance but
little or no direct supervision. Ability to anticipate the needs of
others and act. This person must be exceedingly well organized,
flexible, and enjoy challenges. Can perform work efficiently and
logically with the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a
fast-paced federal environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining
flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of
professionalism and confidentiality. Strong written and verbal
communication skills, decision-making ability and attention to detail
are equally important. Scheduling, copy editing, and Microsoft Office
tools experience is needed. The ideal candidate is very passionate
about helping clients be user-centric, use data to make decisions, and
ensure their organization is effective, and efficient. This is a
high-demand, highly visible program. This position will be in a hybrid
work environment within the D.C metropolitan area.
