About the Role
In anticipation of a contract award, COE is seeking an experienced,
motivated OPM Project Manager to provide consultation to our federal
client. This is primarily a hybrid work assignment, with occasional
travel to local client site(s) within the Washington DC/Baltimore
Metropolitan area.
Responsibilities
The candidate should apply with proven experience to execute the following:
- Manage multiple project engagements/tasks, supervise contract
personnel interfacing with senior leadership, and ensure the quality
of overall project.
- Provide leadership and executive strategic support for OPM programs.
- Facilitate strategic and operational planning processes for OPM
programs, including tracking progress and key performance indicators.
- Respond to leadership requests for HRS reporting such as
Significant Activities Report and Weekly Activities Report.
- Possess the ability to create an environment that inspires and
champions those who exceed desired results.
- Lead and integrate elements of complex projects to achieve desired
results by setting strategically aligned goals.
- Assist the customer in determining schedules, in reviewing
deliverables, and in participating in project reviews that look
across the totality of the customers' programs.
- Facilitate and lead team discussions and meetings.
- Manage and control financial and administrative aspects of the
project with respect to task requirements.
